We typically work in partnership with other organizations through the planning, design and construction phases of parks and walking / hiking trail building. Notably, over the years we have successfully partnered with the Rotary Club, the Regional District of Central Okanagan and the City of West Kelowna. This allows us to both leverage the skills of our organization and ensure that our work is compatible and supports the long-term community plans of local governments. Some of our projects are funded entirely by the Society, and others are funded in partnership with other organizations.
We run the Society with sound governance principles. As a registered charity we follow Federal guidelines regarding our financial statements and accounting practices.
We are governed by an experienced and diverse Board of Directors.

Our Annual General Meeting is held in April of every year, at which our activities and financial statements are reviewed.
We have board meetings every second Tuesday of the month, the public are welcome to attend by contacting one of our Directors.
